FAQ

Common questions.

If yours is not here, write it as your first consultation. If it turns out we cannot help with it, you will not be charged.

Who answers my question?

A licensed doctor in the right field — therapy, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology. Every question is read by a person, never by a bot.

Can this replace seeing someone in person?

For questions about symptoms, medication and test results, usually yes. If you need an examination or a scan, we say so and tell you what to arrange.

Can I write for a family member?

Yes. Most questions come from the person doing the caring. Just say whose case it is.

Will there be video consultations?

Yes, video appointments with the same specialist are on the way. Written consultations work today.

What is the difference between a subscription and going through a partner clinic?

A subscription is what you buy yourself: $39.99 a month, three consultations included. The other way in is through a clinic — we partner with clinics, and if one of them treats you, it covers your consultations. You get a code from that clinic, there is no monthly limit and nothing to pay us. Your profile says which of the two you are on.

A clinic gave me a code. What do I do with it?

Enter it in your profile under Invite code. Your consultations become unlimited and free from that moment, and the doctors at the partner clinic that gave you the code look after your case.

What if I need more than three questions?

Buy a single consultation for $19.99 whenever you need it. Follow-ups on it are free for a week too.

What happens to what I write?

It is stored securely and seen only by the clinicians on your case. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

Ask your first question.

$19.99, answered in writing, with a week of free follow-ups. Bring something you have already been told, if you would rather have it checked.
