Being treated at one of our partner clinics?
Then you pay us nothing. We work with clinics directly, and a clinic that treats you hands you a code. Enter it in your profile and your consultations become unlimited — answered by the doctors already following your case. That is not the same as a subscription: a subscription is what you buy for yourself, three consultations a month, when no clinic covers you.

Who answers my question?
A licensed doctor in the right field — therapy, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology. Every question is read by a person, never by a bot.
Can this replace seeing someone in person?
For questions about symptoms, medication and test results, usually yes. If you need an examination or a scan, we say so and tell you what to arrange.
Can I write for a family member?
Yes. Most questions come from the person doing the caring. Just say whose case it is.
Will there be video consultations?
Yes, video appointments with the same specialist are on the way. Written consultations work today.
